About Us

Zack Stamp Consulting, LLC was formed in 1999 to allow the firm to utilize the services of non-attorneys to assist our clients.

We are currently using two contractual consultants:  Richard D. Rogers joined Zack Stamp Consulting, LLC in 1999, and Robert F. Heisler joined in 2001.  Both are former Deputy Directors of the Illinois Department of Insurance.

In January 2008, Katie M. Anselment joined Zack Stamp Consulting as a full time employee.  She had formerly worked for Speaker Michael J. Madigan specializing in education issues.  Her focus will be the Illinois General Assembly.
