His business law practice involves representing clients on matters of general corporate and partnership law, employment matters and commercial transactions. This practice also includes serving as issuer's counsel for local government tax-exempt general obligation and revenue bond issues.

As a registered lobbyist in Illinois, Mr. McFadden's government relations and regulatory compliance practice involves representing a wide range of business and trade association clients before the Illinois General Assembly and State agencies. This representation includes assisting in the preparation, amendment, passage and defeat of legislation and regulations. As part of this practice, Mr. McFadden serves as the Executive Director of the Illinois Financial Services Association.
