Mr. Kinion joined the firm on March 1, 1999. His practice focuses on the areas of insurance regulation and compliance, insurance law, employee benefits, insurer taxation and insurance company insolvencies. As a regular attendee at National Association of Insurance Commissioners meetings, Mr. Kinion has developed relationships with insurance regulators in many states. He makes it a priority to be at the forefront of regulatory issues in the insurance industry.

Mr. McFadden's practice is focused in the areas of general business law, government relations and regulatory compliance.

His business law practice involves representing clients on matters of general corporate and partnership law, employment matters and commercial transactions. This practice also includes serving as issuer's counsel for local government tax-exempt general obligation and revenue bond issues.

This includes the organization and licensure of domestic insurers, HMO's and other managed care organizations; the admission of foreign insurers; acquisitions and reorganizations; policy form drafting and filing; holding company filings; insurance producer licensing issues; and the representation of regulated entities before the Department of Insurance on a variety of issues. Ms. Kinion joined the firm June 14, 2007 on an Of Counsel basis.  Her practice focuses on local, state and federal tax issues, succession planning for businesses and tax planning for estates and charitable giving. Before becoming associated with Zack Stamp, Ltd., Dana Kinion held the position of associate counsel in sales tax and income tax at the Illinois Department of Revenue.
