Ms. McFadden joined the firm as Of Counsel in January of 2009.  Her practice focuses on general litigation and family law.  Prior to joining Zack Stamp, Ltd., Ms. McFadden was an Assistant Attorney General for the State of Illinois.  During her tenure with the Attorney General's office, she provided legal representation for state agencies and employees in state and administrative courts and litigated cases before federal juries in the Southern and Central Districts of Illinois.  She specialized in employment disciplinary and discrimination matters, and law enforcement "excessive force" cases.  Ms. McFadden also has practiced communications law.

Ms. McFadden is a freelance author for The State Journal-Register, Midwestern Family Magazine, and www.springfieldmoms.org.  She has also been an adjunct instructor at Springfield College of Illinois/Benedictine University since 2007.

Ms. McFadden currently serves on the Board of Directors for Ronald McDonald House Charities of Central Illinois and on the advisory board of SpringfieldMoms.Org, a web-based information organization for Springfield-area parents.
